Positive: The place provides an okay place to stay when you're in Cebu, considering its price range, you get when you pay for and a little more. The place has complete needs for stay, like a stove for cooking, electric kettle, an exhaust, a sink, a fridge, microwave, air-conditioner and a TV for entertainment. The place also has decent internet for browsing and a little gaming. The CR also had a shower heater and the water runs good. The place also has a nice bed, with a foldable couch and an extra cushion. The owner or contact person was responsive too.
Negative: What the room could use however is a little renovation especially with the walls and the door since it was not very presentable. Another is a problem with the subdivision or building itself not the room) since it's not very clean and people walk their pets around, not that I have a problem with that, its just some people leave their pet's poop on the street. The sewage is also bad, the smell of the sewers climbs up the sink which is bad.
Summary: An okay place to stay near the city with complete amenities.
